Daily yoga, meditation and pranayama classes in Rishikesh — carrying the same depth, the same transformation, and the same classical wisdom that runs through our 200-hour teacher training. You do not need to be on a retreat to feel it. You just need to show up.
View the Class Schedule Book a Drop-In on WhatsAppThere is a version of yoga that is purely physical — shapes held for flexibility, flows performed for fitness, postures stacked without inner awareness. That is not what we teach here.
At Witness Yoga, every class — morning asana, afternoon pranayama, or evening meditation — is an invitation to turn inward, to observe, and to experience what yoga was always designed to produce: a quieter mind, a more alive body, and a clearer sense of who you actually are.
“We do not teach yoga for the shape of the body. We teach it for the quality of the awareness inside the body. When those two things meet — that is when the real practice begins.”

Begin the day the way the yogis always intended — in silence, breath, and conscious movement. Classical Hatha-rooted classes: precise alignment, breath-synchronised movement, opening pranayama and closing meditation, with modifications for every level. Every class returns you to the same essential quality: presence.
Not breathing exercises — the deliberate regulation of prana through the breath. Nadi Shodhana, Bhramari, Ujjayi, Kapalbhati, Sitali and more, taught progressively with clear instruction on technique, rhythm, retention, and awareness. When practiced correctly, pranayama directly regulates the nervous system and prepares the mind for meditation.
Rooted in the classical tradition of Patanjali and taught from 16 years of lived practice — not a generic mindfulness class. Breath awareness, mantra, trataka, body scan, open awareness, and Yoga Nidra in select sessions. Learn to watch the mind rather than be pulled by it — guided, accessible, and genuinely profound.
We believe the practice of yoga should be available to everyone — locals, travellers, and serious seekers alike.
